MOSS BLUFF – The summer program schedule of events at Saint Charles Center continues with Father Whitney Miller and Deacon Brian Soileau preseningt “Let the Children Come to Me” (And Bring Your Parents Too) Family Eucharistic Adoration on
Tuesday, July 30 from 6 to 8 p.m., providing parents with a perfect opportunity to spend time in the Adoration Chapel and with the little ones along without concern for disturbing others in prayer. Deadline to register is Friday, July 26, with a suggested donation of $25 per family.
The Impact of Technology on Our Spiritual Lives” is scheduled with Sr. Diane Depwe on Tuesday, August 6 with a Friday, August 2 deadline for the suggested $20 donation per person.
“I Will Sing of Your Love,” an Evening with Deacon Soileau in concert is set for Tuesday, August 20, from 6 to 9 p.m. There will be no fee to attend this event love offerings would be appreciated in support of the Bear Island project of Camp Karol. Register by Friday, August 16 by contacting the Center or visiting stcharlescenter.com.
Father Miller will present “The Art of Discernment: Knowing God’s Will for My Life” from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27. Registration with payment of the suggested donation of $20 per person should be completed by Friday, August 23.
Future dates for Private Directed Retreats include: Monday, June 24 – Sunday, June 30, 2019; Monday, Nov. 4 – Sunday, Nov. 10, 2019; Monday, March 16 – Sunday, March 22, 2020; Monday, June 22 – Sunday, June 28, 2020; Monday, November 2 – Sunday, November 8, 2020; Monday, March 8 – Sunday, March 14, 2021; Monday, June 21 – Sunday, June 27, 2021; and Monday, November 8 – Sunday, November 14, 2021.
