You shall:

• attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation
• confess your sins at least once a year
• receive the Sacrament of Eucharist at least during the Easter season
• observe the prescribed days of fasting  and abstinence
• help to provide for the needs of the Church
• observe Church marriage laws
• give religious training to one’s children
• join in the missionary spirit and work of the Church
